We understand that unforeseen circumstances may force you to postpone your surgery. Please understand that such changes affect not only you, but your surgeon and other patients as well. Dr. Salzberg’s time, as well as that of the operating suite and the surgical staff, is a precious commodity, and we request that you understand completely our cancellation policy.
